Main Responsibilities 工作职责
1. Responsible for training arrangement, organization and coordination, include:
a. Deliver training information, trainee’s information collection and confirmation
b. Training support: printing workbook & name cards, packing training materials, setting training room, on site corporation, evaluation sheet tracking & collection, etc.
c. Recording evaluation/registration sheet and summary, action plan tracking and follow-ups after training.
d. Collect training plan, training record, training evaluation and action plan.
1. 组织协调培训课程,确保每期培训顺利进行,包括:
a. 与销售衔接培训课程信息,确认学员信息的收集及讲师邀请函等。
b. 培训后勤支持:学员手册、名牌等材料的打印,整理打包培训器材/材料,布置培训场地,培训课程现场跟课与配合,反馈表的发放与收集等。
c. 培训签到表和反馈表的汇总,及培训后期行动计划的跟踪。
d. 跟进培训项目,包括收集培训计划,培训记录,培训评估和行动计划。
2. Responsible for training material’s compiling, categorizing all electronic files and hard copies and keeping them updated.
2.负责培训资料的整理和分类,包括电子版和打印版的培训资料,维护、整理和负责定期更新。
3. Maintain good relationship with trainer & consultant.
3.与顾问讲师保持良好的合作关系。
4. Support training on-line system, consolidate data for system development.
4.协助培训系统的建立,并负责培训系统所有培训数据的更新。
5. Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
5.遵循公司制定的各级政策和流程。
6. Other assignments from direct superior.

Required Skills 岗位要求
1.1 years of relevant working experience, in training/consulting company, or experience of HR, admin, even customer service. Welcome the Fresh.
1.1年以上培训或人力资源、文秘、客服相关工作经验尤佳。同时欢迎应届生应聘。
2.Fluent in oral and written English
2.流利的中英文书面和口头表达能力
3.Strong planning, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, detail oriented, with innovation spirit
3.任务计划能力、组织协调能力,人际交往能力,注重细节,有创新意识
4.Familiar with Microsoft Office
4.熟练操作Office软件
